AUSTRALIAN HAMMER SUPPLIES HIRE AND EPIROC

Australian Hammer Supplies Hire (AHSH) might be run by a relatively small team, but when it comes to both the range and size of the earthmoving equipment, they have available for dry hire there’s nothing small about it.

Originally starting out in attachment hire, the range has evolved considerably, now specialising in hammers, shears, magnets, pulveriser’s, compaction plates, drum cutters and screening plates - with Epiroc being the main supplier of attachments. A large fleet of hire excavators from Kubota, Caterpillar and Kobelco has also been added, ranging in size from 1.7t all the way up to 74t. HATCON, Epiroc’s telematics device is another feature we are looking forward to developing with the factory.”

EEM recently caught up with one of the owners Mitchell Pennell and Operations manager Chrissy Walker to talk shop and see how the business has been tracking over the last 12 months.
